If you can't catch any fish, you may want to try fishing next to a dock! If you are a beginner, this is a great place to find fish. Or if you are out with your kids and you want them to catch something, this is the place to try. The corner of the dock is a great place to find fish when you can't find them anywhere else. I am using Gulp Minnows and Earthworms, but you could use live bait like worms, or even bread. Realistic Fishing Tip: Instead of walking out to the end of the dock right away, cast alongside it. Walk out a little ways and cast toward the end of the dock. This one easy trick can help you catch more bass from the bank! Most people don't even consider this one thing is preventing them from catching more fish. When you get to your fishing spot, be sure to cast a few from the grass. Stand at least 20 feet away from the water when you make those first few casts. Walking up to the edge of the water will scare bass away! Most people don't even know they are scaring away an easy catch. Watch me cast from back in the grass and catch a nice largemouth bass today. Is the weedless ned rig guaranteed to catch bass? I usually do pretty well when fishing with a typical ned rig. But I am having trouble hooking bass on this specific ned rig jig head. Today I tried to bend the hook and open the gap. The problem is, I Can't Get a BITE! It's like fishing in the amazon rain forest out here in Tennessee. I stuch with the weedless ned rig the whole time and caught zero largemouth bass. I will have to try it again, conquer the weedless ned head, and land a bass. But is it guaranteed?
