Bass Fishing with a WACKY Rig SENKO – Bank Fishing Tips

Bass Fishing at Pressured Fishing Spots – Everyone is Out Fishing!!!

Bass Fishing at Pressured Fishing Spots Everyone is Out Fishing - Realistic Fishing

This week’s first episode captures the reality of what it’s like when you find yourself bass fishing at pressured fishing spots. It sure seems as though every person and their uncle is out fishing lately. The first spot where I try to catch some fish is completely covered up with people launching their boats. I somehow manage to catch one largemouth bass despite the loud boat traffic.

I head out to a second spot to get some fishing in but it’s already being used by a family trying to enjoy some outdoor time so I didn’t even stop. Moving on, fishing conditions at the third spot were not the greatest either, it was really windy. In the end I only ended up catching the one fish today thanks to all of the fishing pressure. People and boats out and about everywhere you’re trying to fish can make matters considerably more difficult.

Watch it all happen in the video below.

Bass Fishing with a WACKY Rig SENKO on Spinning Gear – Nice Bass!

Bass Fishing with a WACKY Rig SENKO on Spinning Gear Nice Bass - Realistic Fishing

In the second episode of the week we find me bass fishing with a wacky rig Senko and catching some first-class bass on spinning gear! That’s right folks, I am fishing 8 lb. mono on a medium fast action rod with a spinning reel. Spinning fishing gear can be fun and easy to use due to the fact it is often lighter than a baitcaster.

Spinning reels can cast lures that weigh less and you can also use lighter line. Make sure that drag is set when you’re using light line and be sure to watch out for snags. While it might be less complicated to fish, it is also a good bit easier to lose your favorite lure due to the line breaking. Try bass fishing with a wacky rig on spinning gear and you just may find yourself catching a few nice bass. Watch it go down in the video below.

Bass Fishing with a Spinning Reel and Wacky Rig (Senko)

Bass Fishing with a Spinning Reel and Wacky Rig Senko - Realistic Fishing

In the final episode of the week, I am doing more bass fishing with a spinning reel and a wacky rig senko. In general I am right handed and I typically cast with both hands. I am however, looking to become more comfortable at casting left handed. When I first learned to fish, I was taught to reel using the hand that can reel the fastest, and that is definitely my right hand. I figure why not try to learn to cast with my left hand too.

In the end, I managed to catch two largemouth bass on wacky rig senkos. I am happy enough with my attempts to cast using the opposite hand and I do think this will help me become a more well rounded angler. Check it out in the video below.
