Gulp Minnows vs Live Worms – Which Bait Will Catch More Fish?
In the first episode this week: I’m out there fishing Gulp Minnows vs Live Worms. Which bait will catch more fish today? I start things off with the Gulp Minnows and things do not go so well. After about 10 casts, I still can’t catch any fish. After switching things over to the live bait, I start catching fish. I end up catching a good variety of bluegill in many sizes and I caught one pretty large fish. I even feed one to a blue heron that looked hungry. After fishing for a while and finally making some progress, someone else comes to join the party. He starts fishing near me and casting in my direction so feeling uncomfortable, I leave.
If you want to know which bait catches more fish, today at least, it’s the live worms.

In the second episode this week: I’m doing some fishing with PowerBait and Gulp at the same time! This is an easy rig that can be set up by almost anyone. Now you can see which lure is catching more fish at the time. I put the PowerBait Minnow on the bottom hook and I put the Gulp Minnow on the top hook. I catch a beautiful spotted bass on the PowerBait as well as a feisty Skipjack. In the end, I didn’t catch anything on the Gulp Minnow this time. It’s fun to fish with two different baits at the same time. You never know what may happen but the PowerBait beat the Gulp this time. Give this easy fishing rig a try to compare your favorite baits.
