Yes, You Can Catch Bass on a Cheap Baitcaster!

Spring Bass Fishing With a Texas Rig! Time To Start Texas Rig Fishing

Spring Bass Fishing With a Texas Rig Time To Start Texas Rig Fishing - Realistic Fishing

In the first episode this week, we’re doing some spring bass fishing using a Texas Rig. Its time to start Texas Rig fishing now that the water is finally warming up. Today I try out two lures, a Yum creature bait and a Keitech Swimbait. I catch the fish bass on the Yum, over by some downed trees. After switching things over to the swimbait, I get a bite by the dock but can’t land the fish. In a last ditch effort before my fishing day is done, I go back to the creature bait and catch another nice bass. If you are into spring bass fishing, it may be time to start fishing with a Texas Rig.

First Time Fishing With a New Baitcaster! $30 Walmart Baitcaster Combo

First Time Fishing With a New Baitcaster 30 Walmart Baitcaster Combo 1 - Realistic Fishing

This is my first time fishing with a new baitcaster which is a $30 Walmart Baitcaster Combo. I had good luck with the $10 Ozark Trail Combo so it’s time to try out this $30 Combo. Ozark Trail makes an affordable line of fishing and camping gear, but can they actually catch fish? Of course they can! I’m out here fishing with Texas Rigs on my home lake. The bite is picking up as I end up catching three largemouth bass. I start out fishing with the Powerbait HD Craw, but I don’t even get a single bite. Then after switching things up to the Havoc Pit Boss, I start catching bass! Bottom line, don’t be afraid to try a cheap baitcast combo like the Ozark Trail. It might be perfect for your first time fishing with a new baitcaster.

Bass Fishing With Lures From Subscribers! Unbox and Fish Challenge

Bass Fishing With Lures From Subscribers Unbox and Fish Challenge - Realistic Fishing

In the final episode this week, I’m bass fishing with lures from subscribers. This unbox it and fish challenge should be fun and exciting. I received a sample box of crafted lures in the mail. After opening the box and trying a couple of lures, I started catching some bass. I catch a nice largemouth bass over by some downed trees on a soft plastic stick worm. Then I catch two more bass over by the dock at the lake. The sun finally goes down and the fishing trip ends with a last bass catch off the dock. I truly appreciate everyone who sends mail to the show. Its a challenge and good fun when fishing with lures from subscribers.
